Jarrett's first trip to Church & recipe for Chicken Roast

We LOVED the church we visited today & I think we will definitely be going back. It is a VERY large church, but it was awesome. We dropped Jarrett off at the nursery & they said he did great. Here are a few pictures we took after church when we got home. (I just have NO time or energy to fix my hair very well lately, HA!)

I also HAD to post this song. It is by Carrie Underwood called "Temporary Home", but a girl at church sang it today. She had an AMAZING voice & did such a good job. The third verse brought tears to my eyes b/c it talks about an "old man in a hospital bed surrounded by people he loves..." It just made me think of my precious papa - Coleman Gammill. I miss him so much & it really touched my heart. I hope my mom will listen to this song & hopefully it won't make her cry too!

I cooked a chicken roast Friday night & I thought I would post the recipe on here. It is SOOOOOOO easy to make & it is very good. It might be a good thing for all you people in the South that are freezing your socks off to cook ;)

What you will need:

2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can of Cream of Celery Soup (or you can use 3 chicken or whatever you have on hand)
1 pkg. of Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
2 Medium/Large Onions
a bag of Red Potatoes

All you have to do is wash & peel the potatoes (I leave a little of the skin on them), cut up the onion & throw everything into the crockpot for a few hours. If you leave it cooking all day, just turn your crockpot on Low. If you start later in the day, turn the crockpot up to High & it should be ready in a few hours. I always know mine is done when I can cut through the potatoes. It is SO easy & delish!

One last thing...BonBon Rose is doing some awesome giveaways for their 1 year anniversary! Head on over there & enter to win some great stuff!
