Just a bunch of random stuff

First off, here are a couple more cute pictures of Jarrett at the doctor's office yesterday.  He was playing in the lobby & then I got a picture of him grinning the cutest smile while we were waiting on the doc ;)

Since my friend Angie has gotten me into sewing, I passed this place called "Quiltique" & thought I would just run in.  It was SO cool inside!  They had so many different fabrics & I swear I could look around in there forever.

Of course I loved all the sock monkey fabrics & I texted Angie a pic of their Dr. Suess fabrics b/c Gracyn's 1st Birthday is going to be Dr. Suess theme.  BTW - I'm so excited I have a crafting buddy!
Here are our boys playing while mommy's are sewing away!
Okay, so some of you may have seen this when I posted this on Facebook.  But I was simply AMAZED standing behind this lady at Target & watched her total go from around $850 to $69.00.  I mean, SERIOUSLY...how do these people do it!?!  Of course, I asked her if I could take a picture of her receipt!!!  HA HA!!!  I am fascinated & I want to learn how to do this.  My mommy's group is hosting a "Couponing 101" class & I am eagerly awaiting it ;)  I also can't wait to see the new show "Extreme Couponing" which premieres on TLC this Wednesday!   Are any of you good couponers?
Another great place I have found is this Glaziers Market.  It was voted "Best Supermarket" in Vegas & I now I know why.  I went for my first time last week & got a piece of their pizza - BEST I'VE HAD IN VEGAS EVER!!!  So freakin' good & CHEAP!  You walk in & there is a Gelato stand, pizza & sandwhich counters.  It is such a unique store & I love it.  If you haven't been, your missing out....especially on the New York Style Pizza ;)  The also make some really cute (& yummy) cupcakes!
Thursday night, me & the girl I met while interviewing for jobs (probably the reason I have MY job now b/c we really liked each other), my boss & some other girls that work in the same business as we do all got together to have dinner at "Half Shell". It was Sandie's Birthday so we were celebrating her! It was a really nice place because it had an outdoor deck that you could sit, eat & drink on.  It had a beautiful view of the city too.  It was a beautiful night to spend outside on a deck like this with friends.  It was really nice meeting some new girls in the business & we can all relate, ha ha!  I made some good new friends :)
So, there are a few things going on with me besides work, work, work!  I am LOVING my new job.  It is such a relief to be HAPPY at a job & enjoy what you are doing.  I am still learning the ropes, but I know I will get there.  How is everyone elses week going?  Time to go to bed for me!  Night!

  9. He is getting so big! Hard to believe our babies our 15 months old already!! Isn't it a fun age??

I LOVE couponing. It truly is a TON of work, but it is SOOO worth the effort. I calculated my savings after several months of couponing last year and saved over $1000 dollars. It is amazing the deals you can find! I have yet to have success like the lady at Target, but I'm happy getting free or almost free toiletries and cheap foods regularly! :-)

I wrote a (really long) post about my "routine" last year if you want to check it out! I never thought I would be a "binder coupon girl" but I have learned I absolutely LOVE it! Check it out! :-)
