Our ONE year old!

I have so many pictures to post from our trip home to Arkansas, but I'm going to start off with Jarrett's 1st Birthday. We had his party here in Vegas a few weeks early & celebrated his actual Birthday in Arkansas with my family on my Nannie & Papa's farm.

Here is his monthly photo with the sock monkey. My BIG boy!

Now a little flashback to all the monthly photos I've taken over the past year. It seems like I just brought him home & now he is a year old.

Here are a few pictures we took of Jarrett on the farm. The farm is like a sanctuary to my family. It is a place we all gather & feel safe & loved. The land has been in our family for years. It is one of the best places on earth to me! Me & Becky also spent our 1st Birthday at the farm (I actually found those pictures while at mom's. I'll scan them in & post later), so it was special Jarrett got to spend his Birthday there too.

This day was also extra special because cousin Connor was there & Aunt Becky! It was so neat to see our boys interact with each other. I just wish we lived closer.

A wonderful man at my mom & dad's church made Jarrett's cake/smash cake. I think he did an awesome job & it tasted SO good! Thank you so much Chris if your reading this!

Time to dig into that cake! I don't think my child likes to be dirty b/c he does not like frosting on his fingers. This highchair was my mom's when she was a little girl & my Nannie found it, cleaned it up & we got to use it for Jarrett to sit in at his party. I thought this was so neat & nice of my Nannie to do this.

I got to use Jarrett's banner again, woo-hoo! After all that hard work, I was glad we got to use it twice.

This was my Papa's best friend, Leonard. I think we're going to call him Uncle Leonard ;) He reminds me of my Papa in a way. I'm so glad he stopped by to see Jarrett on his 1st Birthday.

All of the great-Aunties!

Nana, Poppy & great Nannie on Jarrett's Birthday morning:

Jarrett also got to try Nannie's chocolate gravy for the 1st time. What better way to start off your 1st Birthday? If you've never had chocolate gravy, your missing out. It is heaven! (but, anything that involves my Nannie is ;) Here is a short little video of Jarrett trying chocolate gravy. Mmmm!

Jarrett had a WONDERFUL 1st Birthday & Thank you mom, dad, Nannie & all our family & friends for being a part of it. WE LOVE YOU SO MUCH!
