After sitting in our garage for over a month, Jason finally installed Jarrett's "Big Boy" carseat. I think he likes it! We ended up getting the Graco - My Ride 65 Convertible Car Seat. This seat was affordable, has great reviews & your child can stay rear-facing up to 40 lbs. & forward facing up to 65 lbs. So, I hope this carseat will last us a long time. I also love that it has 2 cup holders for Jarrett to stick things in or put his bottle in. This carseat got just as good, or even better reviews than the Britax & we just couldn't afford to purchase one of those. It seems to be well made & I think we made the right decision!

On another note, it is very difficult to get a picture of this kid in his chair. He does not sit still for ONE second! Although, we snuggled together tonight & watched monsters. He fell asleep in my arms & that is the best feeling the world.

The new seat looks super comfy! Asher loves being able to stretch out more. I didn't realize how smooshed he was in the infant seat until we put him in the big one!

ReplyDeleteAww so cute! We chose between our Britax convertable and the one you guys got and the only reason we ended up chosing the Britax is because it fet better in both of our cars. Don't they seem so big in their big boy seats? SO sweet :)
ReplyDeleteBG has the Graco MyRide and has been in it for months. We bought two bases for the infant carrier, but got tired of switching it out (lazy much) so she moved to her big one a while ago. She loves it! Those cup holders are genius. She loves dropping toys in there.
