Today is the day

Today is the day Jason & I are starting Weight Watchers again. I really want us to make a serious commitment to lose the weight that is bringing us down - physically & spiritually. I am not planning on joining a real Weight Watchers group or doing it online. I have all the books & counters from doing it in the past & I know how it works. I have a journal that I will be keeping with me at work everyday to keep track of my points. I am allowed 25 points a day. I did Weight Watchers at the beginning of last year & I mostly stuck to it & lost weight. Then, I got put on a new anti-depressant last summer & packed on the 20 lbs. I had lost. (I'm now off that) I know I drive my husband crazy by talking about how miserable I am with my weight all the time. And, how I want him to get healthy with me so he can live a long, healthy life. But, we've got to stop talking about it & DO IT!
If anyone has any recommendations on the Weight Watchers program, or just any related sites that might help, I would love to know! I love watching The Biggest Loser. I wish that Jillian would come whoop my butt in real life!

Oh, I found this really helpful site with Weight Watchers info. Click HERE to visit it.

I also love this girls blog! She started a new one dedicated just to weight loss & how Weight Watchers changed her life...I love it! Check it out HERE.

  2. You know, weight watchers works great. You may not want to go back and you probably have the knowledge to do it on your own. I always said to myself though, "If I could do it on my own, I would have done it a long time ago." I had a lot more weight to lose than it looks like you do. I lost 133lbs on weight watchers and my life is changed forever.
