Also, Jason & I went to Town Square, one of our favorite places to just walk around & shop. We went into the Fossil Store & Jason tried on some "Gunther" glasses. If you don't know who Gunther is, your not missing much ;) Besides being completely crazy looking & acting like a fool...we just like to make fun of him ;) Haha... What do you think? Is Jason channeling his inner-Gunther?
When I went home my dad made a bet with me to lose 40 lbs. by the end of May of next year. That's about 5 lbs. a month & I think I can do it if I really set my mind to it. I was thinking of joining Weight Watchers online. Have any of ya'll ever joined Weight Watchers online and had success with it?
Jason & I each bought each other an early Christmas/Anniversary gift. We each got one of the new Ipod Nano's. I got PURPLE one & Jason got SILVER. I'm really excited & we plan to get the Nike kit that tracks how far you walk & you can load it up on your computer. They were out of them, but that's something we want to get in the future. It is really important to me for us to get healthy...it's just so hard! Wish us luck!

Enjoy your new iPod and good luck with the weight loss! Slim Fast works pretty well for short term... maybe try that the first month to get a head start?
Weight Watchers really works. We used the online version as well and I still cook a ton of the WW recipes that you can find on their site. It really teaches you what you should be cooking and makes you more aware of what you're eating. (in my opinion) There are a lot of great (and horrible) recipes on their site when you join - I'll let yall know which ones we cook and love!
