He will be missed...

I'm sorry I haven't been blogging in a while. This last week has been pretty rough for me & my family. We lost a great, great man....our "Papa". He fought a tough battle with cancer. I know he is in heaven now with no more pain & with his brother, mom, dad & others that preceded him in death. My papa was such a wonderful husband, father, grandpa & friend to all of my family & all those who came in contact with him. It makes me sad to think that I will no longer hear his voice or see his face when we go up to the farm. And, that he will never know my kids. But, I know that one day I will see him again. We will meet again where there is no pain, no unhappiness & no sorrow. If you would like to see his page & the guestbook on Roller Funeral Homes, here is the LINK.

My dad gave me a book to read called "90 Minutes in Heaven". I'm only on chapter 3, but what a great book to read at a time like this. I started crying while reading it just thinking of my papa entering the gates of Heaven & what it would be like. This book is just proof of how great God is & it's wonderful that this man can share his testimony. Here is a WEBSITE that tells more info on the book.

On top of all of this, yesterday I called Jason while at work & he said my little baby dog "Billie Bean" got out of the backyard & they couldn't find her anywhere. She is my 3 year old brown chihuahua. That dog loves me more than anything & I love her too! I was so upset. I raced home from work & they still hadn't found her. She had been missing for over 2 hours. We had made signs & started putting them up. I put on my tennis shoes & started walking around the neighborhood. I was almost back to the house & I was fixing to burst into tears b/c I was so upset. I was calling "Billie...Billie...", over & over. Then, all of a sudden the light was hitting the pavement & I saw a tiny little brown dog in the distance. I started screaming "Billllieee!!!". She ran hesitantly over to me & jumped up into my arms. I can't believe I found her. Thankyou Jesus for bringing my baby back to me!
