Jarrett's first official photo, New Years & other random stuff!

Here is Jarrett's first official picture that was taken at the hospital. You can also visit the website HERE & see all his photos :)

Isn't he such a doll? On Wednesday night we had a really sweet photographer named Angela come to our house & take professional photos of Jarrett. She was so, so nice & I can't wait to see the pictures! She was so great with him & I have to brag that Jarrett was pretty well behaved too. Angela has 2 beautiful little girls & another girl on the way. Her family is adorable! It was important to me to have some great newborn pictures of Jarrett & I'm so glad I found her. Here are some links to her Photography WEBSITE & BLOG. I HIGHLY recommend her if you live in the Vegas area & are looking for a photographer. Thank you Angela!

I also never posted that about a week before I had Jarrett, Jason surprised me & got me a beautiful necklace for having his baby/Christmas. It is called "Love's Embrace" & I thought that was so sweet & thoughtful of him. It really surprised me & I'm so thankful to have a husband that loves me & our baby so much & who takes care of us.

AND, a little over a year ago I lost one of my diamond stud earrings. Jason got me those earrings for our very first Christmas we were together & I wore them on our wedding day. (actually, I wore them EVERY day!) I was so upset when I lost one of them. Well, he took the one I still had in about a month ago & got a credit on it, then he got me a brand new pair of diamond stud earrings. I was so excited!

Now, on to New Years Eve...Jason & I obviously didn't do a lot for New Years this year. With having a 1 week old baby & me healing from a c-section, we were in no condition to go out & do anything. We did however walk outside our house to see if we could see the fireworks at the strip. We could see them a LITTLE bit. I think I'm very glad that I wasn't at the strip last night. I took some pictures of what was going on down there with my camera. Can we say PACKED!?!? The news said there were around 415,000 people there. GULP.

Our New Years KISS!

Our first New Years as a family of THREE. I totally walked outside in my PJ's. It's all I have been wearing since I got home.

This is the view of the strip from our house:
