Recipe for Chicken Crescents

This is one of my favorite recipes to make & my husband LOVES it. I know I shared it with a few friends, but I thought I would post it on the blog too. I tried to take a few pictures with my camera phone as I was making it. My other camera is down in the car & I was still in my pajamas & didn't feel like going down to get it. Anyways, here is the recipe:

2 C. COOKED CHICKEN (or you can use bagged or canned, but it taste better with cooked chicken)
1 SMALL JAR OF PIMENTOS
1/2 PACKET OF LIPTON ONION SOUP MIX (i sometimes use 2/3)
1 PKG. CREAM CHEESE
3 T. MARGARINE
1/4 TSP. SALT
1/8 TSP. PEPPER
2 T. MILK
1 PKG. CRESCENT ROLLS

BOIL CHICKEN OR YOU CAN USE THE BAGGED CHICKEN. MIX TOGETHER ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CRESCENT ROLLS. (I boiled my chicken & then chopped it into small chunks)

OPEN ROLLS AND DIVIDE INTO FOUR RECTANGLES. ROLL OUT EACH RECTANGLE & PRESS SEAMS TOGETHER. PLACE 2/3 CUP OF CHICKEN MIXTURE IN CENTER & FOLD UP CORNERS, PRESSING TOGETHER, FOLDING BACK SEAMS. PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BRUSH WITH BUTTER AND SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.

BAKE 20 TO 25 MINUTES AT 350 DEGREES.

I served mine with green beans & chicken flavored rice b/c it is what I had on hand. ENJOY!
