Another update

The doctor moved my ultrasound appointment out to May 26th. I think they wanted to make sure I was far enough along to see something. So really, I have NO CLUE how far along I am. I can't be that far along b/c I had a blood pregnancy test on April 20th when I was sick & went to the doctor & it was negative. My 2nd blood pregnancy test was May 7th. Shows how quickly those tests can change! I'm so curious to find out what my due date will be. And, many people have asked me if I'm going to find out what I'm having. The answer is "YES"!!!!! I'm one of the most impatient people in the world! I can't wait to find out.
On another note, please pray for our car. The air conditioning went out & Jason had an estimate on it to get fixed - $2,000! It is getting really hot in Vegas & I'm not sure how much longer we can drive around without air. We will be doing a lot of driving early in the morning & late at night. For some reason that 80's song "I wear my sunglasses at night..." just came into my head. I'm sure everything will be fine & it will get worked out. We are going to get some more estimates & possibly buy some of the parts ourselves & find someone to install them.
***Also pray that Kris Allen makes it through on American Idol! :D

    Can't wait till the ultrasound!

    Somehow your AC will get fixed! I know how it is with no AC... I went a WHOLE summer one year in college without AC in my car...

    That is crazy how fast those test results can change!!! Good luck at yur first appointment.

    Because I'm a freak - I did a BUNCH of research on the internet last month about how they calculate due dates and the like.

    Oddly enough - they count back to the first day of your last period - and that is where they start week 1. So whatever that date is... go 40 weeks from there, and that would be your due date. :-)

    It seems odd because you totally don't even ovulate for like 2 weeks after that period, but that is how it is calculated. I think that is how they fit 40 weeks into 9 months. :-)

    My ultra sound is the 28th!!!

    Ok..so I'm 5 weeks, 3 days...and I found out the 9th and my LMP was april 6th. http://pregnancy.about.com/cs/pregnancycalendar/l/blpregcalc.htm

    Go here...I went to the dr. today and it was RIGHT on the dot.
    I just get seen more often because we lost our first..so Hope that helps!!

    I'm too impatient also and would never be able to be surprised by the sex of my future baby. I can't wait until you have your ultrasound and find out your due date...so exciting!
