Just FYI...

I saw Edward Cullen driving around in Nevada (haha)! He was driving to fast though & I couldn't get a picture of him, only of his plates. BOOOO!! j/k

We had a really good Thanksgiving this year. We went to Jason's Aunt Gay & Uncle Dick's again this year. The food was SO good! I was in charge of making a couple of appetizers. I made a Pizza Dip & the famous Chocolate Chip Cheeseball. YUMMY! I didn't take my camera, but I tried to snap a few photos with my camera phone. They aren't very good. All in all, we had about 18 people there & we had a good time. We went back the next night for leftovers & to play the Wii!!

Here are the recipes for the dips I made. I got asked by family to send them the recipes. I know I posted the chocolate chip cheeseball one before, but here it is again! Sorry, I didn't take pics of the dips. I'm really slacking on taking pictures. Oh well...enjoy the recipes.

PIZZA DIP

8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese -- divided
1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped red pepper
1 box of Ritz Crackers

DIRECTIONS

Beat cream cheese and seasonings with electric mixer on medium speed until well-blended.

Spread mixture on the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Top with half of the mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce, and then the remaining mozzarella cheese and then the peppers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated and the cheese is melted. Serve with Ritz crackers.
