Weekend fun with my sista!

I flew out Friday night after work to Dallas to spend the weekend with Becky. We have both read the entire "Twilight" series (As previously stated in my blog) & are a tiny bit obsessed **cough** with the books. I basically flew down there to see the movie with her, but also to spend some quality time with the twink.

Anyways, we got up Saturday morning & took a few pictures in a park. My sister has an awesome camera & I think they turned out really good! Then we went to Southlake to shop around a bit & see the movie. I got some new Clarks shoes & I luv em'. Later that night I got to meet Becky's friend Karen who is expecting a little girl early this winter. Karen looks so cute pregnant & is a really sweet girl. :)

Okay, so on to the movie review...I really, really liked it! Of course, it's not going to be as good as the book, but it still represented the book well. Yes, their relationship progressed a little to fast for me. Like, all of a sudden she was like "I'm only afraid of losing you" & she was falling head over heels for him. My favorite scenes were the baseball scene, the fight scene & the prom scene. I think if you haven't read the books, you might not know what is going on throughout the movie at times, but the love story is still great. Robert Pattinson & Kristen Stewart played the parts very well - even better than I had expected. I will definitely go see it again!
Other good news, the Twilight' Sequel Confirmed: 'New Moon' To Hit The Big Screen!!

Pictures taken in the park:

Me & Becky with our Godiva cheesecake & the most awesome waiter EVER "Donnie"! He totally made our night & I think we made his, haha! He was so funny & took pictures of me & Becky & with us! We <3 Donnie!
